I’m Enoch, from U-FIT 24/7. I founded this gym in 2014 because I got sick and tired of seeing people quit the gym because they felt like they didn’t fit in.
I wanted to create a health and fitness place where everybody felt like they could fit in like a family, with no egos. We are a locally owned, family gym and all our members are at the ‘heart of everything we do’.
